“Indeed, we discussed about this. It is a public agreement. It is necessary to return to the salaries that were before these cuts, which would be 15 per cent . Maybe this will happen starting 1st of June, or even faster, but the exact date was not discussed”, said Fekete Szabo Andraş.

The president Traian Băsescu declared Wednesday, within the parliament, that the power has the responsibility to find solutions so that around 1st June the budgetary salaries to be “restored”.

On Sunday, he pronounced again for the return to the budgetary salaries.

The president specified that the salary increasing would have to be accomplished with 15 per cent, in order to reach the amounts before applying the austerity measures, broadcasted us by the Radio România reporter, Oana Bâlă.

The cuts would had to be recovered at the beginning of last year

The budgetary salaries were cut in 2010, the president arguing then that the budgetary incomes, into an economic crisis context, do not allow their payment.

After the salary decrease with 25 per cent in June 2010, the budgetary people received last year a salary increase with 15%.
