The Galati Court of Appeal objects to the special pensions project

The General Assembly of Judges of the Galati Court of Appeal decided, today, to express, unanimously, a "totally negative" point of view regarding the amendments submitted to the Draft Law for the modification and completion of some normative acts in the field of service pensions and of Law no. 227/2015 regarding the Fiscal Code registered on the roll of the Chamber of Deputies under no. Plx. 244/2023.

According to the spokesperson of the Galati Court of Appeal, judge Cosmin Razvan Mihaila, the General Assembly of Judges of the Galati Court of Appeal requests the resumption of debates on the draft law on the reform of the judicial pension system, with the involvement of the representative body of magistrates, namely the Superior Council of Magistracy as well as the main authorizing officer of credits, respectively the High Court of Cassation and Justice.
