Producer: Catalin Gombos - The second edition of the Forum of Romanian Students Everywhere is being held in Bucharest. More than 150 young people participate in workshops on representative fields of activity, namely education and youth, health, justice, work and economy, energy and environment, European affairs and will come up with solutions to current problems. These solutions will be contained in a resolution that will be submitted to the decision-making authorities. The project manager, Ioana Dospinescu, stated that the main goal of the forum is to transform the ideas and ideals of the young generation into concrete projects that can contribute to the development of Romania.
Ioana Dospinescu: Our main goal is to change public policies in Romania. We know that it is quite difficult and complicated, but we are convinced that with the power that the four organizations bring, as well as our partners at government level, we will be able to achieve these goals. The themes are very diverse. We start, for example, with health from the accessibility, mobility and digitization of medical information and the medical act, up to the role of young people in strengthening Romania's position as a regional actor in the European Union. Our last year's solutions have been sent to all ministries. Unfortunately, some were refused, so to speak, some were received with great enthusiasm, but I did not see anything concrete. Things look quite different this year than last year and we are a little more optimistic.
