The first doses of Moderna vaccine have arrived in Romania

The first tranche, of 14.000 doses of Moderna vaccine, entered Romania, recently, through the Nadlac 2 border crossing point.
The vaccines were brought by car, the first tranche being a symbolic one.
The doses will arrive on Wednesday morning at the National Institute for Medical-Military Research and Development "Cantacuzino", and will be distributed in the next period in the regional centers, and also in vaccination centers.
The recommendation for the Moderna vaccine is to be given in two doses, at an interval of 28 days, for people over the age of 18.
