The executive approved an amendment to the Administrative Code, which provides for the elimination of special public positions, with some exceptions, in the field of Defense or Interior.

The normative act establishes the equivalence of the status of these civil servants with that of the people with general public positions.

At the same time, inequities are eliminated from the system, such as the local police officer who, according to the provisions in force, was not equivalent to a position within the local authority.
