According to the editor Iulia Gherman, all parliamentary representatives have shown that voting this draft law is "an act of justice".
Initiated by the Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (UDMR) specifies that it is approved the exemption from payment of revenues representing salary amounts that public sector staff must return, as a result of tax decisions issued by employers as a finding consequence of damages by the Court of Accounts.
The deputy László Borbély said that the bonuses were given according to collective labour contracts and reclaimed because of changing legislation.
"It's about hundred thousand people working in the budgetary sector and who were withheld certain rights from wages for years, enjoyed under the CCM and agreements approved by local councils," said László Borbély.
Social Democratic Party (PSD) deputies agreed with this draft law.
"It is only fair that, when the idea is positive, it is beneficial to all citizens to be of one mind. I greet unanimity this time, it is still a normative act approved unanimously in Parliament. There have started to operate other principles." said Marian Neacsu.
The Chamber of Deputies is for decision- making in case of this draft law, it will be sent for promulgation.
Democratic Alliance of Hungarians in Romania (UDMR) filed on 20 March, at Parliament, the draft law on amnesty for 300,000 public officials forced to return bonuses earned in 2009-2010, said Laszlo Borbely at that time.
