The decrease of requests affects the constructions

The constructions sector continues to suffer due to the decrease of requests.

Businessmen from constructions domain estimate this crisis in the last three years will continue also in 2012.

The data are confirmed also by the National Institute of Statistics (INS) which announced Friday that last year was the weakest of the last five years, regarding the home into use.

On the other hand, also announced INS, the retail has increased, in January, with approximately 10%, compared to the same month of the year 2011.

According to data published by INS, the number of houses into use from the last year was about 45000, with over 4000 fewer than the number of houses into use from the year 2010.

Over 95% were built from private funds, over half of them, at the country side.

Residential real estate sector, namely the housing, passes a difficult period, as well as the entire sector of constructions.

According to estimations of Entrepreneurs Association of Constructions, ARACO, the year 2012 will be a new year of crisis regarding constructions, after the decline from the last three years.

The perspectives are not good, in 2012, neither regarding the housing, sustains the president of ARACO, Laurenţiu Plosceanu.

“Furthermore, the buyers are waiting for more reasonable prices; the developers are also waiting to decrease a little, but the distrust between them persists, and the fact that the banking system is still very reserved in loaning, the programs with state guarantees first home, I do not know what name, didn’t become with expected effects in economy, this makes nothing but to postpone even more the block that preexists for two years and half”, declared Laurenţiu Plosceanu.

The retail , increasing

The commerce was last month bigger with almost 10% than January 2011, recording increases both in alimentary goods and non-alimentary ones.

A part of the increasing of the business cipher in commerce is due to the increasing of fuel price.

The amounts of money received last month from the fuel selling were with a third bigger than the amounts from January 2011.

The important increasing of the business cipher in commerce, last month, is good news for a domain which had a difficult year 2011.

According to a study realized by the Coface group, an important company from the credit assurance domain, over a half of the number of bankrupted firms or to which has been enabled the bankruptcy procedure or the procedure of judiciary organization from the last year were dealing with commerce or constructions.

Within the commerce domain, the most affected were the small shops as consequence tot the increasing number of person who prefers to make their shopping in the hypermarkets of the big retail chains.
