Tarom offers compensatory salaries to employees who leave the company

Tarom offers between four and seven gross salaries as compensation to employees who choose to leave the company.
The voluntary departure program, which begins today and ends on September 28, is part of the company's economic recovery plan.
Employees who have been with the company between 3 and 10 years will receive four compensatory salaries, those who have worked between 10-20 years will receive five salaries, and those with more than 20 years of experience in the company will receive seven salaries.
The compensations will be paid within 30 days from the termination of the employment contract.
