Surveillance cameras at the referendum, "if possible"
Prime Minister Victor Ponta says that it is possible to install surveillance cameras at the referendum. PDL has requested this on the grounds that polling stations will be set up to vote also in bars and restaurants.

Prime Minister Victor Ponta said on Sunday morning in Iasi, referring to the PDL request to install cameras in all the polling stations, that he has never heard of video cameras in polling stations , but "If there is such a possibility, with great pleasure."
"Whatever can be done, we do. If there are impossible requests, address to the Interior Ministry . I have never heard of cameras in the polling stations.
"I know there are cameras in the baccalaureate classrooms , and if there is a possibility, with great pleasure," said the Prime Minister after a meeting with the Moldova’s counties prefects.
Yet, Victor Ponta, gives assurance that the referendum will be organized in impeccable condition.
"I don't think there will be any problems, the ballots shall be printed, distributed and guarded by policemen and gendarmes", said Victor Ponta.
PDL has requested the installation of video cameras in all polling places to vote at the referendum, abolition of the additional polling after July 16, speeding up the purchase of anti-fraud software.
PDL claims that additional polling stations were set up illegally ".
At the same time Democratic Liberals propose that people who vote on additional lists to complete a sworn statement.
Suspended President Traian Băsescu said Saturday evening that polling stations for the referendum is needed, the cameras on July 29 on the basis that will be set up polling stations also in restaurants and bars.
