From October 1, students will be able to buy tickets online, not only from the box office. This facility has been requested by young people for almost four years.
In order to benefit from this service, a student must create a user profile on the CFR Calatori website. It is a decision that helps both those who attend higher education, but also the representatives of the Railways, as Dan Costescu, the general manager of the company, told us.
Dan Costescu: Until now, students were obliged to go to the ticket offices in the stations and buy the ticket from there, even on the day of the trip or, even more inconveniently, a few days before the trip.
Host: For this weekend, CFR Calatori will introduce additional wagons for trains running to and from the coast, given that demand is very high on these routes, RRA reporter Alex Lancuzov transmitted.
