Sinaia City Hall is making plans for an underground road passage in the center of the resort. The municipality has tendered a design contract in this regard.
The passage will be 600 meters long and will allow traffic to move underground. The central area on the surface would become pedestrianized.
The construction will also allow the movement of heavy traffic and will have two traffic lanes, with service and pedestrian evacuation sidewalks. The project also provides for an underground parking lot with at least 200 spaces.
