The Government has adopted today the Memorandum on expenditure rationalization in state companies, announced Deputy Liviu Dragnea.
Deputy Liviu Dragnea said that the executive payments in state companies will be capped next year.
But the salaries of state companies could be increased by three percent maximum only if that company has made profit last year.
Also, state-owned operators must reduce the arrears, according to the programs prepared for this purpose, and for those older than one year should be the exact specification of sources for their settlement.
For arrears recorded in 2012, operators must provide distinct sources of arrears fighting so that their value is fully paid in 2013.
"The percentage used for salary increases in 2013, under the law, is maximum 3 percent, but only for operators who recorded profit in the previous year – the allocation of a minimum share of 85 percent of net profits in the form of payments to the State for autonomous administrations or as dividends for other economic operators or fully owned by the state, under ordinance 64/2001, regarding profit distribution, "said the Deputy.
Also on Thursday the government adopted a decision whereby taxes to be indexed to the inflation rate in the last three years, following that, in the first meeting, to establish new provisions to this effect.
