Romanian-Ukrainian cooperation agreement in the field of digitization and cyber security

A Romanian-Ukrainian cooperation agreement in the field of digitization and cyber security has been signed by representatives of the two countries.
According to the Ministry of Research and Digitization, the foundations have been laid for a mechanism whereby the European Union will fund technology and knowledge transfer projects to Ukraine, and Romania will be the leader of the partnership and strengthen its regional position in the field of IT security.
The main directions of the agreement are to strengthen the level of cyber protection of the national networks and infrastructures of Ukraine and Romania and to develop the cloud infrastructure for electronic public services in the two countries.
