Romanian section of 2019 Romania - France Cultural Season
Official closing will take place on July 14, with a major cultural event to take place at the Roman Arenas in Bucharest.

Romanian section of 2019 Romania-France Cultural Season has officially opened on Thursday with exhibitions at the National History Museum and Museum of Art Collections, Spotlight International Light Festival and a Theo Lawrence &The Hearts concert.
Launched in November last year in France, Cultural Season between the two countries continues until July 14 in Romania with theater plays, dance, music, cinema, literature, visual arts, exhibitions and debates.
Romania-France Cultural Season includes a series of exhibitions, theater and film festivals, as well as concerts that will be held in over 30 cities, including Bucharest, Timişoara, Cluj-Napoca and Iaşi.
Opening ceremony was attended by President Klaus Iohannis, Ambassador of France to Romania, Michèle Ramis and Ministers of Culture of the two countries, Valer-Daniel Breaz and Franck Riester.

French section of Romania - France Cultural Season ended on April 16 and featured events that have been organized in more than 100 cities.
