Romanian Prime Minister Ludovic Orban has started a three-day working visit to Brussels on Tuesday, with meetings with European and NATO officials on Agenda.
Schedule also includes attending an EPP group meeting in the European Parliament.
RRA Special Envoy Petruţa Obrejan: "Working visit of Prime Minister Ludovic Orban in Brussels includes a bilateral meeting with the President of the European Council, Charles Michel. Not long ago, Ludovic Orban said about his Cabinet that it is a pro European one, who understands the status Romania has as a Member of the European Union, having as main obligation to serve the interests of Romanian citizens as best as possible, to promote a proactive policy in all decisions that are taken at European level, to have that capacity to influence decisions so that they bring benefits for Romania. Agenda includes meeting with the Executive Vice-President of the European Commission, Frans Timmermans, discussion with EU's Chief Negotiator for Brexit, Michel Barnier and meetings with European Commissioners for Neighborhood and Enlargement, Olivér Várhelyi, and for the Budget and Human Resources, Johannes Hahn".
