Romanian Prime Minister-Designate Viorica Dăncilă has announced today the full list of ministers appointed to be part of her Cabinet.

There will be four Deputy Prime Ministers: Paul Stănescu (SDP), Ana Birchall (SDP), Graţiela Gavrilescu (ALDE) and Viorel Ştefan (SDP) - without a portfolio.

A new post of Deputy Prime Minister has been established, to deal with managing Romania’s Strategic Partnership, Viorica Dăncilă announced. It will be held by former Minister Ana Birchall.

Tasks of the Ministry of Public Consultation and Social Dialogue will be taken over by other structures of the Executive, PM-Designated also said.

Timetable for the new Government to be sworn in will be set on Friday at the meeting of the Joint Permanent Bureaus.

The appointed ministers are to be heard on Monday in the parliamentary committees then they will be voted in the plenary of the Parliament. Subsequently, they will take the oath to the Cotroceni presidential palace.

11. Valentin Popa - Minister of Education

12. Lia Olguţa Vasilescu - Labor Minister

13. Dănuţ Andruşca - Minister of Economy

14. Anton Anton - Minister of Energy

15. Lucian Şova - Transport Minister

16. Rovana Plumb - Minister for European Funds

17. Radu Oprea - Minister for the Business Environment

18. Sorina Pintea - Minister of Health

19. George Ivaşcu - Minister of Culture

21. Nicolae Burnete - Minister of Research

22. Bogdan Cojocaru - Minister of Communications

23. Ioana Bran - Minister of Youth and Sports

27. Viorel Ilie - Minister for Relations with the Parliament.
