Romanian Government notifies the Constitutional Court

Romanian Government has notified the Constitutional Court about a possible constitutional legal conflict between the Executive and the President of Romania, regarding delay in appointing three interim ministers.

Court will ask the parties for views on the case and will set a deadline for discussing Government's complaint.
