Romanian Aviation Day, celebrated on Campia Turzii

Romanian Aviation Day was celebrated on Campia Turzii through flights demonstration and air tactical exercises with MIG 21 Lancer and IAR 330.
However, the spectators could attend also the launch of groups of parachutes.
The aerial demonstration of Hunting Flotilla 71 based in Campia Turzii attracted thousands of visitors in Cluj County.
At the opening event attended also the Defence Minister, Mircea Dusa, who promised to continue the campaign to modernize the air force by acquiring new aircraft.

"In my opinion, this is the most beautiful job, more than adrenaline, is something special to have the opportunity to be a fighter pilot. It requires not only a native sense but also a lot of work," says Captain Gabriel Andriţeac.
Children were the most excited by aircraft and are already dreaming to be up in the clouds.
The aerial demonstration of Hunting Flotilla 71 from Campia Turzii convinced the audience by the militaries’ virtuosity and their ability to promptly and effectively respond in the event of an armed conflict.
