Romanian-American training flights

An American detachment composed of about 50 soldiers and four F/A-18 Super Hornet aircraft, from the United States Naval Forces in Europe, is carrying out joint training missions with the Romanian military.
According to a press release of the Ministry of National Defense, the trainings are scheduled between February 8 and 17 and involve the F-16 Fighting Falcon aircraft from the Romanian Air Force.
The main objective of joint training missions is to increase interoperability between NATO allies.
