Romania joins the Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA) of the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
The event will take place on Wednesday, June 7, in Paris, in the presence of Prime Minister Sorin Grindeanu.
On Thursday, 8 June, the Prime Minister of Romania has scheduled a meeting with the head of the new French Government, Edouard Philippe.
The Prime Minister is accompanied by the Finance Minister, Viorel Stefan, who will attend the ceremony to sign an international Convention on tax matters, agreed by over 60 states.
The main objective of the Convention is to counteract the practices of multinational companies that transfer their profits to low-tax countries or tax havens and thus reduce the revenues to the state budgets.
