"I’ve recently had a meeting in Brussels, under the aegis of the European Commission, during which I received the final confirmation from Romania that, as of January 1, 2020, Romanians are ready to ensure gas supply through the trans-Balkan pipeline towards the Romanian-Ukrainian border. We are talking 4.1 million cubic meters a day, which is about 1.5 billion cubic meters of gas a year", Makogon explained at an energy forum in Kiev.
