Romania nominates tonight, at the Polyvalent Hall in Bucharest, the finalist who will represent it at the Eurovision Song Contest 2019.

RRA Reporter Camelia Banta: Out of the 12 songs that reached Romania’s Final, seven belong to foreign composers and will be performed by Linda Teodosiu, Olivier Kaye from Belgium, Laura Bretan, Teodora Dinu, finalist in 2018.

Other artists are Claudiu Mirea, followed by Aldo Blaga, Ester Peony, Leises Moisescu and Sensibil Balkan, Bella Santiago, Trooper, duet made up of Dia and Lucian Colareza, and Mirela Vaida.

Romania’s representative at Eurovision will be chosen by an international jury that includes a well-known Romanian producer. Audience will vote too.

Eurovision winners from 2018 and 2013, Netta from Israel and Danish Emmelie de Forest, will perform on stage, also last year's winner of Golden Deer trophy, Albanian Inis Neziri.
