Romania received Ukraine's agreement for measurements on the Bastroe Canal, "but under different conditions than those established"

Romania received the agreement from Ukraine to measure the depth on the Bastroe Canal, but under different conditions than those established at the beginning of the month, announced the Minister of Transport, Sorin Grindeanu.

Basically, Ukraine agreed that only one Romanian expert would participate in the measurements on the Bastroe Canal, which it wants to do only with its own vessels, although, initially, it had been agreed that Romania would send three specialized vessels, after obtaining approval for protection from the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense.

However, the transport minister did not specify how Romania responds to Ukraine's new proposal.
