Romania: A new case of the coronavirus strain from the UK

The Ministry of Health announced yesterday a new case of the coronavirus strain from Great Britain. A 69-year-old pensioner from Constanta, who did not travel to the United Kingdom, is affected.
The man had his first symptoms at the end of last year. On January 7, he arrived at a medical unit in Bucharest. DSP Constanta is conducting an epidemiological investigation.
So far, in Romania, 5 cases have been identified with the new variant of SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus.
