Roads without snow removal contracts
The operators involved in the removal have been equipped with smart phones and machines have GPS systems, but not all the roads around the capital have snow removal contracts.

Regional Directorate of Roads and Bridges to ensure maintenance of Bucharest's major thoroughfares in the capital said on Wednesday the stage measures to clear snow in this winter.
Unlike past years when powerful snowstorm warnings came to the winter Headquarters too late to close preventatively roads at present these notices will be issued with at least 4 hours in advance.
Also road equipment has been improved, the operators involved in the work of removal were equipped with smart phones and equipment and GPS location systems.
Radu Munteanu,Bucharest Regional maintenance service chief said to RRA that not all roads have snow removal contracts signed.
Due to the bidder who withdrew during the tender procedure for DN 1 Bucharest – Bucharest , Belt Ciolpani between 1 and 3 P DN, DN 2 Bucharest-Urziceni, DN 2 Urziceni – Slobozia DN 1 A Bucharest –Buftea- Butimanu and DN 7 Bucharest-Găeşti there is no operator but CNADNR website estimates that Friday could be designated the company to provide maintenance in winter.
In terms of material stocks skid (salt and calcium chloride), norm provides that not later than 1 December, should be a percentage of 50 per cent of the 250 thousand tons and 300,000 tons of sand needed at national level.
CNADNR has 300 districts and for this winter estimated that about 2,000 machines will be operational on motorways and national roads.
