A general rehearsal for the Romanian Navy Day on August 15 took place yesterday, in Constanta.
This year also, the ceremonies will not take place as usual.
The public will not have access to the military port, where the anniversary ceremony will take place, but people will be able to watch it online or on TV, starting at 9:50.
On a happier note, a parade of military ships and combat aircraft will take place and people will be able to see it from the shore.
On August 15, the romaniaactualitati.ro website and our Facebook page will broadcast a live video on board one of the ships participating in the parade.
Colonel Corneliu Pavel, spokesman of the Romanian Naval Forces: On Sunday, August 15, when it will be the holiday of all sailors, military ships, which will be anchored in the fixed device in front of the Casino, will parade in front of the public between 11:00 - 13:00, and in the evening we will have the torchlight procession of military sailors, who will be accompanied by the military music of the Romanian Naval Forces.
Also, Constanta City Hall will organize a fireworks show.
