Referendum for Constitution Revision in 30 days from publication in the OJ

The Senate has adopted, today, the draft law stipulating that the national referendum on the revision of the Constitution takes place within 30 days from its publication in the Official Journal.

The date for the organization of the popular consultation will be determined by Government Decision. According to the draft normative act, the expenses for organizing and conducting the referendum on the revision of the Constitution will be borne by the state budget, according to RRA Reporter, Amalia Bojescu.
