Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca, message of solidarity with South Korea

Pope Francis prayed for the victims of the crowd surge in which more than 150 people lost their lives, during a Halloween party, in the South Korean capital of Seoul.
Romanian Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca also sent a message of solidarity with South Korea, where national mourning was declared.
Nicolae Ciuca sent his condolences to the bereaved families on Twitter, and health and strength to the injured.
