Prime Minister Emil Boc has assumed responsibility
The Opposition has announced that it would issue a vote of no confidence after Prime Minister Emil Boc has presented the provisions of the new wage law, during the meeting of the reunited Parliament plenum.

13.45 Prime Minister Emil Boc presents the provisions of the new wage law.
13.02 "As a result of the withdrawal signatures from the vote of no confidence, the latter no longer exists. The National Education Law will be, therefore, adopted" stated Roberta Anastase, President of the Chamber of Deputies.
12.35 At this time, at the Palace of the Parliament, the signatories of the vote, are announcing, at the central microphone, their signature withdrawal from the vote of no confidence regarding the Education Law.

10.23 Prime Minister Emil Boc has declared during a meeting of the reunited Parliament plenum that it’s high time the procedure regarding the Education Law was continued.
The Prime Minister is at the Parliament in order to assume responsibility for the remuneration law.
The Prime Minister has stated recently that the main provision of this law, for which the Government has assumed responsibility, is the increase by 15 % of the basic wage related to October 2010, but also an increase in the national gross wage from 600 to 670 lei.
The Opposition announced it would issue a vote of no confidence after Prime Minister Emil Boc has assumed responsibility for the Education Law.
Minimum/maximum wage ratio, from 1 to 15
The Government states that it intends to create, through the new unitary wage law, a new hierarchy of basic wages, according to clear criteria.
The new Normative Act brings forth a grid with the minimum/maximum wage ratio varying from 1 to 15.
The number of the hierarchy coefficients has also been reduced, from 164 to 110.
No 13th wage in 2011
As far as the financial stimulants are concerned, Prime Minister Emil Boc states that the new law solves this problem as well, institutionally.
The stimulants will be included within the basic wage and will only be granted according to performance criteria. As far as the 13th wage and the holiday bonuses are concerned,
Prime Minister Emil Boc stated that these rights will be suspended.
