President Klaus Iohannis promulgated the Special Pensions Law

RADIO ROMANIA NEWS - President Klaus Iohannis promulgated the Special Pensions Law, which was adopted on October 16 by the Chamber of Deputies, after it was agreed with the decision of the Constitutional Court, but also with the observations of the European Commission. According to the law, magistrates can retire from activity upon reaching the age of 60 with a service pension in the amount of 80% of the average gross monthly allowances and increments received in the last four years of activity. Also, the net amount of the service pension cannot be higher than 100% of the net income had in the last month of activity before the retirement date.
