President Klaus Iohannis meets the United States President Donald Trump at the White House today.

The meeting is the culmination of the visit of the President of Romania to Washington, the first head of state in Central and Eastern Europe to be welcomed by President Trump.

The meeting with Donald Trump will be preceded by discussions with Secretary of State Rex Tillerson.

At the end of the talks that President Klaus Iohannis will have at the White House with his American counterpart, Donald Trump, there will also be joint press statements.
