President Klaus Iohannis convened the new Parliament

Yesterday, President Klaus Iohannis signed the decree on the convening of the future parliament, on Monday, December 21, at 12:00.
According to the Constitution, the newly elected legislature meets at the request of the head of state within 20 days of the elections.
The Chamber of Deputies and the Senate will be considered legally constituted after the validation of two thirds of the mandates of the parliamentarians and after they will have taken the oath.
