Klaus Iohannis decorated doctors and nurses on Wednesday, July 28. It was a ceremony organized on the occasion of the National Ambulance Day in Romania.
21 doctors and 24 nurses from several counties were decorated by President Klaus Iohannis, in a ceremony in the garden of the Cotroceni Palace.
The 45 doctors and nurses received the honors on the occasion of the National Ambulance Day.
The ceremony at the Cotroceni Palace was attended by the Minister of Health, Ioana Mihaila, the coordinator of the vaccination campaign against COVID-19, Valeriu Gheorghita, and the Secretary of State at the Ministry of Interior, Raed Arafat.
