President Iohannis is again calling on the parties for consultations

The President of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, convened for today at 11:00 consultations with the political parties represented in the parliament in order to nominate a new candidate for the position of Prime Minister after the government proposed by Dacian Ciolos did not receive the investiture vote. Each party has half an hour to present its mandate, the first party called being the National Liberal Party (PNL).
The Liberals will go with Florin Citu as their proposal for the position of Prime Minister, announced PNL Secretary General Dan Valceanu who reminds that there is a decision of the PNL Executive Bureau in this regard, taken unanimously, and PNL President Florin Citu said in an online post that Romania urgently needs a government with full powers, and the solution is a team formed around PNL.
