Picnic, made by law
The law on picnic activity and that sets fines up to 5,000 lei for exits on the green grass in areas other than specially equipped places, was enacted.

President Traian Basescu promulgated, on Friday, the picnic law , which sets fines up to 5,000 lei for exits on the green grass in areas other than those arranged.
The law was adopted on February 21 by the Chamber of Deputies, the main requirement is that it is prohibited to organize a picnic in areas other than specially equipped with facilities and utilities.
The picnic is, according to the new law, ”any leisure activity undertaken in the public concourse area dedicated to the public or private domain of the State and/or of the administrative-territorial units of one or more persons and that involves the consumption of food and/or drinks and also the appropriate fire ignition."
--fb1According to the law, there will be areas that will be equipped with utilities and facilities for picnic and the ignition of the fire is permitted.
These areas shall be indicated in parks and in surrounding areas of forests located in the city of localities.
Without noise and rubbish
Picnic enthusiasts will be forced to keep the stillness and do not confuse local communities, to throw waste only in specially equipped places.
The fire would be lit only in specially equipped places and will have to be supervised at all times.
At the same time, the picnic place must be left clean and unadulterated and participants are not allowed to throw lit cigarettes or matches in places other than those specially arranged and they must comply with morality.
Persons who will go to picnic will be not allowed to wash the objects used in this activity in the waters in the vicinity of the special area dedicated, they will not be allowed to feed wild animals.
Another law article states that it is not allowed to injury animals or destroy plants and rocks.
The failure to comply with the provisions of this law will be prosecuted with fines ranging between 100 and 5,000 lei.
