Ten new cases of infection with a more contagious strain of coronavirus have been confirmed in Romania in people from Bucharest, Valcea and Cluj, which indicates community transmission.
In total, 18 such cases are known at national level. The dynamics of the spread of the variant initially identified in Great Britain determine the specialists from Medlife, who made the tests, to estimate that it could become dominant in Romania, as it happened in other states.
