More than a quarter of Romanians are pessimistic about the year 2025, according to the latest survey on the subject, published on Friday, December 27.
The percentage of compatriots who are not confident about the future is up by about 8% compared to last year. At the same time, 45% of Romanians are neither optimistic nor pessimistic, an attitude that indicates a degree of uncertainty about the future.
On the other hand, 28% of Romania's inhabitants are optimistic about the coming year. It should be noted that this percentage is higher among those with an income of more than 6.000 lei.
The Reveal Marketing Research study also found that Romanians are most satisfied with their relationships with family, close friends and romantic partners.
The lowest satisfaction scores were recorded in areas related to work and finances.
