About 140 associations, foundations, coalitions and informal groups from Romania, Switzerland and the Republic of Moldova participate, today and tomorrow, in the Herăstrău Park in Bucharest, at the eighth edition of ONGFest – an event dedicated to the civil society, which this year is entitled Civic Break.
For the first time, the festival can also be followed online via social networks, says Cătălin Dinu, the organizers’ representative.
Cătălin Dinu: "When we made this program, we thought of including activities for all ages, we have crochet workshops, origami workshops, there are cartoonists who come to the park and offer cartoons for the people walking by.
"Apart from this, we have a debate area divided into three tents. These two days, the ONGFest scene is full of artistic moments, and the top of the show will be on Saturday, 8 pm, with the concert of "We singing colors".
"It is the first concert of the band after a long tour in Japan, they return to Romania and sing for the civil society."
The event will also take place in Iasi, on June 24 and in Cluj-Napoca, on July 1st, according to RRA Reporter Atena Teognoste.
