One year since Queen Anne passed away

A memorial service has taken place today at the new Cathedral in Curtea de Arges, to commemorate one year since Queen Anne passed away. The service was attended by Crown Princess Margareta of Romania, Prince Radu of Romania, Princess Maria of Romania and lots of supporters of the Romanian Royal House.

The religious service was officiated by Archbishop Calinic of Argeș and the Bishop of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Bucharest, Cornel Damian.

After the requiem, Their Royal Highnesses Crown Princess Margareta, Prince Radu and Princess Mary paid their respects in front of the tombs of the kings of Romania, Carol I and Ferdinand, and their wives, Elizabeth and Mary.

Queen Anne died on August 1st, 2016, in the Morges hospital in Switzerland.
