One of the suspects accused of murdering businessman Adrian Kreiner has been extradited from the UK

One of the three suspects in the murder of Siberian businessman Adrian Kreiner has been extradited from the UK and brought into the country.
"Today he was presented before the judge of rights and freedoms of the Sibiu Court, who decided to confirm the preventive arrest ordered in absentia and the arrest warrant", announced the spokesperson of the Public Prosecutor's Office of the Sibiu Court, First Deputy Prosecutor Mihaela Ruginosu.
A second suspect in the case has been apprehended in Northern Ireland and extradition proceedings have been started, while a third is still wanted by the police and has been placed under international arrest.
On 6 November, Siberian businessman Adrian Kreiner was tortured and robbed in his own home, fell into a coma and died in hospital the following day.
The victim's daughter and girlfriend were also in the house at the time of the attack, but they were not physically harmed. The thieves stole watches worth around €200.000 from the house.
After the murder, the three perpetrators managed to flee the country. Another accomplice was arrested in the case.
