Restaurants, bars, cinemas, theaters and game rooms reopen in Bucharest on Monday, at a capacity of 30%, between 6:00 and 21:00.
The decision was taken on Friday, in the Municipal Committee for Emergency Situations, after the capital left the red scenario.
Baptisms and weddings are still forbidden.
Authorities may reconsider the decision to relax restrictions if the incidence of COVID-19 increases in the capital, said Raed Arafat, head of the Emergency Situations Department.
