The working way of the Romanians stunned him and his European Olympic Committee.
The Romanians, "masters of the last-minute arrangements."
Katerina Nycova, was surprised by how the preparations have evolved since her last visit.
"Romanians have a peculiar way of working and I would say that they are the masters of the last-minute arrangements. We have seen much progress in mid-January.
"You're on the right track, but there are a lot of things to do, but I am confident that you will succeed, and that will be a very successful festival", Katerina Nycova added.
A competition also has extremely long arms on the tourism in the area.
