The Chamber of Deputies adopted by a large majority of votes, as a decision-making body, the draft law by which November 15 is declared the Day of the Anti-Communist Revolt in Brasov, from 1987.

According to the document, the authorities will organize events to commemorate this day, and the necessary funds can be provided from local budgets or from the budget of public authorities and institutions.

PNL deputy, Gabriel Andronache, co-initiator of the bill.

Gabriel Andronache: Every year on November 15, at national level, we need to discuss the significance of this day. Thanks to these people who showed the Romanians that you can revolt against the communist regime, in 1989 Romania managed by revolution to overthrow the Ceausescu dictatorship and the communist regime.
