Romanian Prime Minister Ludovic Orban visited, on Monday, the Ghencea Stadium in Bucharest, one of the sites where the European Football Championship will take place.

Prime Minister said that, although everybody knew about this coming championship, nobody did anything for the past four years to complete this goal.

According to Ludovic Orban, there are other commitments made by the authorities, such as the completion of Băneasa Airport, as well as the Otopeni - Gara de Nord railway.

Both projects are at stalemate, Head of Government said and asked Minister of Transport to find the necessary solutions.

Works at the Ghencea Stadium are 65% completed and by the end of May 2020 they are supposed to be almost ready. A total cost of about 420 million lei is estimated for the project.
