A new border crossing point will be opened in Satu Mare County and will connect Romania with Ukraine.
It is a cross-border project worth over 1 million euros. Project partners will modernize access infrastructure to the Romanian-Ukrainian border crossing point from Tarna Mare to Hyzha by reconstructing 2,859 km of roads.
Launch of the HUSKROUA project took place on Thursday, March 5, in Tarna Mare.
Pataki Csaba, president of the Satu Mare County Council, specifies that the new border crossing point will contribute to development of tourism in the area and collecting funds resulting from tourism.
