Youth needs European funds for programs to be addressed.
Unfortunately, the state cannot provide one budget necessary to accession to culture, practicing a sport, training and maintaining health.
The Ministry of such a profile in Bucharest desires, along with several NGOs and associations, the implementation of such a national action plan.
"Romania has great need of this strategy for youth, given that we are required by many years, and starting 2014 there will be new EU funded program", said the Minister of Youth and Sports, Nicolae Banicioiu.
"For eight years Brussels keeps pushing us to have such a strategy. We discuss with anyone that has any kind of suggestion and we integrate them, obviously, within our strategy", said the Minister of Youth, Nicolae Banicioiu.
"The National Plan of Action for Youth" focuses on four pillars: culture and non-formal education; participation and volunteer work; work and entrepreneurship; health and sports.
"At this time, there are no equal opportunities for practicing sport", says the State Secretary within the ministry, Carmen Tocala.
"Sport generates youth coaches who, at this time, work in public clubs, but obviously, the private segment means a lot", considers Carmen Tocala.
Incubators of creative industries such as film have to be especially supported.
On the other hand, the president of the Employers' Federation of Young Entrepreneurs in Romania, Florin Jianu, says that he "proposes that these business incubators, the next ten years, to have at least one Oscar award."
The youth strategy will be presented on the occasion of the International Day of Youth on August the 12th.
