New cabinet ministers have been sworn in

New cabinet ministers have been sworn in a ceremony at the Cotroceni Palace.

Earlier, President Traian Basescu and Prime Minister Victor Ponta announced that they have reached an agreement on the installation of the completed Executive, so as to avoid a possible violation of the Constitution.

The President promised oath of office for the members of the Government and the Prime Minister promised that he would take responsibility for the new program.

"The Prime Minister", said Traian Basescu, "legitimates again with a new program in a new political composition".
