Today's newspapers write about the new type of baccalaureate and protests from Oltchim. We also read about two paradoxes: one is that manufacturers cheap, but the prices blow up. Other: how many refineries-remained-enough, but we have to import gasoline and diesel fuel.

Journalists are very critical and argue that this approach of the Government is an attempt to mask a national failure with a diploma accessible to anyone with a Bachelor's degree.
