"Another 10,000 Romanian can take their First Home" – headlines Adevărul on supplementation with 200 million euro of the ceiling of guarantees for the government program, now in its 4th edition.
The newspaper gives details about the conditions for using the warranties, which can be used only for the current year and notes that two banks have already exhausted the funds allocated to the program, and others have announced that resources are running out.
Also Adevărul claims that "We're back in recession because of the austerity" and explains:
"Public administration has slowed its investments and pulled down the sectors that depend on public funds – respectively the industry and constructions."
The author of the article analyzes the data of the National Institute of Statistics and added that the Gross Domestic Product seriously inclined to decline in the first quarter of this year, but was offset by the advance of areas with weights as high as agriculture, commerce and informatics.
Greater reductions in workload were registered in public administration and defense; however, smaller reductions were reported in industry, real estate transactions and insurance.
Under the heading "Ponta Government: a month with many blunders and fewer economic solutions," writes Evenimentul Zilei on the present Cabinet realizations.
And comments: "After a month from Government Ponta installation, he did not disappoint for not promised almost anything concrete, and the main objective was to continue the agreement with IMF. The newspaper reviews the promises of Government Ponta, the problems with the leaders of ministries, as well as commitments for next year.
Finally, Jurnalul Naţional reveals: "Teachers are afraid of students, sanctions should be strengthened".
Federation of Trade Unions leader in education, Simion Hăncescu, told for the newspaper that students have many rights, but fewer obligations and teachers that take measures against disobedient students attract media attention.
Trade Union talks about the causes of violence in schools and believes that lowering the wear mark is insufficiently to be effective.
It also mentions that it would be useful the placement of surveillance cameras in schools and the local police, the representatives of units of education, family and even local authorities are believed to be important factors that should be more involved.
