The Evenimentul Zilei throws out the bomb and headlines with capitals: "An extended war: the network behind the scandal, 'then continues:'The case involving the superintendent Dan Fătuloiu and the businessman Cătălin Chelu branch off into a series of shady business and backstabbing within the MIA. The superintendent told the prosecutor that there have been leaked information in the structures that he led".
"The unseen side of the Chelu-Fătuloiu case" is revealed by the România Liberă, from which I quote: 'the weakness was Alexandru Fătuloiu, the son of the superintendent, known for the fact that "he would love money".
The Jurnalul Naţional has also more questions regarding this business, among which whether a bribe of one million euros was not enough for covering up the files of Chelu.
The Gândul quotes from an exclusive interview with the former Interior Minister, Vasile Blaga, who believes that the place chosen for the act - respectively the Ministry office or the MIA parking, have been poorly chosen.
"The Romanian doctors, the first in Europe to emigrate. Over 1,000 doctors have applied for an abroad job this weekend' - the Gândul headlines.
"The best known European recruitment agencies have offered the doctor from Timisoara jobs in clinics in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Norway or Spain, at the International Fair of Medical Careers. The offered salaries for experienced doctors start from 80-120 thousand euros per year, in Germany, Sweden, Denmark and Norway , while in the UK and Ireland they can reach up to 150-200 thousand per year".
"The never-ending trials in country, criticized by Europe" - we learn from the Evenimentul Zilei. "The cumbersome court procedures are subject of criticism of our country, in a report of the European Council's Parliamentary Assembly. After a visit of this organization's representative, the conclusion is that Romania needs to drastically intervene to solve our problems: the refusal of compensations to the former owners whose fortunes were nationalized under the communism, the excessive length of procedures and the immediate failure of the court decisions, the failure of the internal decisions and the bad detention conditions".
About Romanians' travelling - on the country's roads or railways - the newspapers always have bad news. Thus, the România Liberă sadly announces us that the rehabilitation of the Bucharest - Constanta railway road is again getting more expensive, and the completion of the work, which started in 2006, is also delayed by a year. The Jurnalul Naţional announces that 'another 190 million euros gave been thrown on patches: after ten years since the starting of the works, two roads are still in still in progress: DN17, Cluj-Suceava, şi DN 66, Craiova-Deva.'
"The tricolor in six colors" - is the the title of an article from the Adevărul, which announces the start of the celebrations that mark the National Day, in Alba-Iulia.
"Flying a large advertising poster on the bell of the Reunification Cathedral in Alba-Iulia, in which the red of the national flag has been replaced by a combination of orange and purple, and the blue is also made of two shades, has sparked negative reactions, yesterday, from behalf of some attendants of the official opening of the Union Festivities".
The representatives of the local administration rejected the allegations and claim that it is about a concept to promote tourism. The City Hall spokesman said, quote: "It is a visual effect. It produces a wavy effect, as if it had been blown away by the wind. The orange color originates from the town's logo".
